Thefts, Burglaries

WW Police

  • 600 block of Juniper Street. Television reported stolen from residence.

WW County Sheriff

  • 000 block of Newton Place. Attempted theft of gasoline from riding lawn mower.
  • 1684 Preston Ranch Road, Waitsburg. A Victor show saddle valued at $8,000 and a Round Tree saddle valued at $4,000 reported stolen from unoccupied farm dwelling.

CP Police

  • 1000 block of West Whitman Drive. Items of clothing reported stolen from unlocked vehicle.

MF Police

  • Conoco, 403 E. Main Street. Fuel theft reported.

Columbia County Sheriff

  • School Bus Lane, Dayton. Gasoline reported stolen.


WW Police

  • Codi M. Powers, 18, 31 E. Walnut St., Monday. Charge: investigation of felony violation of the Uniform Controlled Substances Act.

WW County Sheriff

  • Collin R. Dow, 18, Burbank, this morning. Charge: investigation of possession of methamphetamine.

MF Police

  • Arturo Angel, 18, 1501 N. Elizabeth St., Monday. Charge: investigation of possession of marijuana within 1,000 feet of a school.

Wasington State Patrol

  • Troy R. Thompson, 33, 185 Baldwin St., this morning. Charge: investigation of driving under the influence.


CP Police

  • 000 block of Southeast Ash Street. Vehicle window smashed.

Umatilla County Sheriff

  • West Ferndale Road and Hurst Lane., Milton-Freewater. Pickup truck vandalized.

Columbia County Sheriff

  • Dayton High School, 614 S. Main Street, Dayton. Two reports of vandalism, including a broken second story window and damage to irrigation pipes at the football field.


MF Police

  • 600 block of North Main Street. Unauthorized use of Dumpster reported.
