Marcos M. DeJesus, 22, Kennewick, was charged Oct. 1 with attempting to elude a pursuing police vehicle, third-degree driving while license suspended, and obstructing a law enforcement officer. DeJesus is accused of willfully failing or refusing to stop his vehicle after having been signaled to do so by a uniformed police officer; driving with a suspended or revoked license; and willfully hindering, delaying or obstructing a law enforcement officer on Sept. 29.

Kathryn N. Pew-Vickers, 24, Moses Lake, Wash., was charged Oct. 1 with violation of the Uniform Controlled Substances Act and third-degree theft. Pew-Vickers is accused of unlawfully possessing methamphetamine, and wrongfully obtaining or exerting unauthorized control over miscellaneous merchandise belonging to Shopko on Sept. 28.

Jay N. Poe, 31, Monroe Corrections Center, Monroe, Wash., was charged Oct. 1 with two counts of custodial assault. Poe is accused of intentionally assaulting two correctional officers at the Washington State Penitentiary on July 31, 2010.COURT REPORT
