Washington State Patrol
U.S. Highway 12, 15 miles east of Wallula Junction, Friday 4:30 p.m. Two- vehicle with fatality. Injured were Andres Medina-Garcia, 7, of College Place and Henry Thacker, 38, of Walla Walla, who were both transferred to Harborview Medical Center in Seattle and are in critical condition. Also injured were Lynda West, 51, of Richland, in satisfactory condition, and Angelique Garcia, 37, of College Place, in critical condition. Both are at Kadlec Medical Center, Richland. Ruth E. Garcia, 36, of College Place was killed in the accident.
