Water supply:Consider a request from the Department of Natural Resources to dedicate 300 acre feet of Port water designated for a Department of Ecology trust for a five-year noninterruptible term. The water would be used to bring about 180 acres of Trust Lands into vineyard production.
Unibest international:Consider a request from tenant Unibest International to reduce its lease area at the Port’s Isaacs Avenue business park.
Road names:Consider road names for the Port’s business parks in Burbank and Waitsburg.
Sales tax fund:Review preliminary re-drafted “Guiding Principles for the Use of Revenues Generated by the Economic Development Sales Tax Fund.”
Correspondence & reports: Review leases entered into by administrative staff, the passenger boarding report and miscellaneous project updates.
