HELIX — Echo defeated Helix in three sets Thursday night, 25-14, 25-14 and 25-21, in Big Sky League volleyball.
“I was very pleased with how my kids performed today,” Helix coach Tammie Parker said. “We waited all season to see a little bit of fire out of them and they showed that tonight, especially in set three.”
Helix is 1-13 on the year.
“They’re very young, but it’s starting to come together,” Parker said of her squad. “Even though it was a loss, I would consider this a good loss.”
The Grizzlies host Union Tuesday at 6 p.m.
