Downtown Walla Walla’s cupcake shop will host a Sprinkle Party.
Frosted, 7 S. First Ave., is making plans for an all-ages Halloween-themed cupcake decorating event Oct. 28.
The cost is $15 per person. Participants will get a box of cupcakes, decorating lesson and beverages.
