Delores Walker had difficulty recognizing "the man who debated President Obama." She wonders if anyone else had the same problem. Sure would be helpful if people would pay attention to the facts, instead of the fantasies slathered on the gullible.
Walker seems to think Romney has always been stern and unyielding. I think it's more a case of a man who's serious about not compromising his values and beliefs.
The liberal media portrays Mitt Romney as a self-serving rich guy. Bilge water accusations come from a bunch of self-important pretender reporters and commentators who have no honesty. They apparently never learned the basics of journalism, or don't care to remember them. Unfortunately, they've succeeded in hoodwinking the wide-eyed, "We're off to see the Wizard" Obama faithful.
Remember the story of "The Wizard of Oz?" Dorothy and her friends were told the Wizard was all-powerful and all- knowing, and could do wondrous things. But they found out the Wizard was actually a bumbling guy behind a curtain, using special effects to make himself appear wise and awesome. He was well-meaning, but he used deceptive methods.
Sounds like Obama to me, although I'm not convinced he's well-meaning. Obama uses accommodating speech writers and Teleprompters. He blatantly uses prevarications, trying to disguise them as truth. The adoring, Obama-worshiping press never confronts him with the challenging questions. His deceptions get a pass. His dangerous policies are hailed as heroic. Broken promises are explained away with Obama's plea that he just needs more time.
With all the coddling, Obama figures he needs only his so-called charisma to camouflage his weak leadership. Well, Mitt Romney did what the spineless media is afraid to do. Romney put Obama on the spot by exposing the hogwash being passed off as sound policies.
Walker says Romney "must think the president has the power of a dictator." Interesting. Obama's been acting like a dictator for the past four years. How can anyone think Obama's been "humbled by the reality of presidential constraints?" Constraints mean little to this one-man show. A person who's arrogant isn't humble.
Obama accuses Romney of lying. He says America's president should tell the truth. Thus, the question: Why on Earth is Barack Obama president?
