The third annual Walla Walla Marathon saw a Wa-Hi graduate win the women’s race and set a new course record Sunday.
Helen (Reich) Cantero, a 2007 Wa-Hi grad and current Seattle resident, set the record with a time of 3:26:27.
On the men’s side, another Seattle resident, Robert Nelson, set a new course record by two seconds to win in 3:07:01.
