Thefts, Burglaries

WW Police

  • 1200 block of Austing Road. Possible burglary reported.

WW County Sheriff

  • 2500 block of Cottonwood Road. Checking account reportedly modified and funds withdrawn overseas.
  • 1700 block of Lake Road, Burbank. Air compressor reportedly stolen.
  • Walker Logging, 3155 E. Melrose St. Toyota pickup stolen: truck recovered in Milton-Freewater.

MF Police

  • 100 block of South Main Street. iPod reported stolen.
  • 900 block of Vining Street. Bicycle reported stolen.

Umatilla County Sheriff

  • Lower Basket Mountain Road, Milton-Freewater. Two riding lawn mowers and three chain saws reported stolen.
  • East Crockett Road, Milton-Freewater. Report of theft in progress: two people allegedly stealing machinery.

Columbia County Sheriff

  • 500 block of South Fourth Street, Dayton. Residential burglary: noting reported stolen.

Arrests

WW County Sheriff

  • Melissa J. Enochs, 28, Kennewick, Tuesday. Charge: investigation of second degree theft.

WW Police

  • Jennifer L. Aalbers, 35, 746 N. Third St., Athena, Tuesday. Charge: investigation of second-degree robbery, organized retail theft and possession of methamphetamine.

Umatilla County Sheriff

  • Leroy D. Kerr, 39, Tuesday. Charge: investigation of theft of a motor vehicle.

Vandalism

CP Police

  • 600 block of Southeast Sixth Street. House reportedly egged.

MF Police

  • 200 block of Catherine Street. Locks reportedly stolen, then thrown into portable toilets.
