Hearing: Hold a public hearing to solicit input on proposed changes to the fare schedule.
MPO UPDATE: Hear an update on the Metropolitan Planning Organization process, which is ongoing and was the subject of a meeting this week.
Fare changes: Consider changes to the fare schedule. Staff recommends lowering the general fare from 75 cents to 50 cents and, as will be required by Metropolitan Planning Organization rules, instituting a discounted fare of 25 cents for senior citizen and the disabled. No changes are proposed for fixed-route or job-access services, but an increase from $10 a month to $12 a month is on the table for dial-a-ride services.
