Dayton School District board members are Marchand Hovrud, Steve Martin, Tamara Fritze, David Bailey and Joe Huether. With all present Wednesday, the board:
Staffing: Approved Audry Franklin as junior National Honor Society advisor. Unanimous.
Superintendent’s Report: Heard reports on building improvement plan, district portfolio, board calendar, district vehicle status, fourth-grade status and facility plan.
Budget Status: Heard report from business manager on budget status.
Policy Update: Tabled action on policy on evaluation of superintendent until future meeting.
Contract: Approved contract with custodial support staff. Unanimous.
