Tax Levies: Discuss 2013 tax levies, which must be set by Nov. 30.

Wage Request: Hear employee wage request.


When: Monday and Tuesday. Monday meeting starts at 9:30 a.m. and recesses at noon. Afternoon session begins at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday workshop begins at 9 a.m.

landscaping: Award contract for Community Social Services Center landscaping improvements.

public works: Open bids for small works project, Dell Avenue fuel station.

updates: Updates from WSU Extension Office, Sheriff’s Office and Personnel and Risk Manager.


workshop: Work session and reports. No formal action scheduled.

Where: College Place City Hall, 625 S. College Ave.

annexation: Public hearing on application from Robert and Virginia Ezell to annex property at 51 N.W. Evans Ave. Action on item may follow.

vacation: Continue public hearing on application from College Place Public Schools to vacate portion of Birch Street that goes through school property. Action on item may follow.

solid waste: Approve agreement for participation in regional solid waste planning.

purchase: Approve purchase of water supply project material from Ferguson Supply in the amount of $57,777.66.

revocation: Approve ordinance to repeal section of city municipal code regarding the carrying of firearms in city parks due to code being in violation of state law. Revocation will not affect city authority to prohibit discharge of firearms within city limits or laws prohibiting display of a firearm to intimidate or assault.

Dayton City Council

When: Monday, 7 p.m.

Where: City Hall Board Room, 111 S. First St., Dayton

Public Hearings: Hold public hearings on preliminary 2013 city budget and on proposed increase in property taxes in 2013 of 1 percent.

Reports: Hear reports from committee chairs and city officers.

Skate Park: Discuss and approve new ordinance regarding use, regulation, offenses and penalties relating to use of the Dayton skate park.

Zoning: Discuss and approve ordinance to reinstate amendments to zoning code regarding building height.


When: Monday, 7 p.m.

Where: District board room, 755 Maple St.

BUS: Consider resolution for school bus depreciation.

CALENDAR: Consider revision to 2012-13 academic calendar.

CEA: Contract ratification.

POLICY: Consider approval of policy regarding meetings, public notice, quorum, meeting conduct and order of business.

REPORTS: Hear updates on enrollment; charter schools initiative; year-end financial report.

CONSENT: Approval of accounts payable, personnel report, and policy on student representatives, as part of consent agenda.
