PORTLAND — The AAA auto club reports the average price of a gallon of gasoline is $3.98 in Oregon and $3.99 in Washington.
Oregon’s price is down nine cents in a week. It’s back to the same price of a month ago. The price in Washington dropped 11 cents over the week, and is four cents lower than a month ago.
The national average price per gallon is $3.67.
