WALLA WALLA — Hip-hop artists from Missoula and the Tri-Cities will perform 9 p.m.-1:30 a.m. Friday at Phoumy’s Thai Cuisine, 1582 E. Isaacs Ave.
This is a costume-themed event, with prizes for costumes plus door prizes.
There will also be a raffle for a tattoo (with some restrictions) from Immortal Ink.
Tickets are $10 a person, ages 18 and older only.
