Contracts: Approve contract with ESD 123 for special services. Also, approve supplemental contract with ESD 123 for technology services.
Athletic Contracts: Approve contracts with HS girls’ basketball coach and middle school boys’ basketball coach.
Superintendent’s Report: Hear reports on enrollment, Walla Walla County treasurer’s report, budget status, facility renovation project, professional development book, WIAA waiver process, website development and high school baseball coach resignation.
Reports: Hear reports from principal and maintenance director.
Architect Study: Approve resolution accepting architect study and survey results.
ASB: Approve ASB activities and fundraisers. Also, approve ASB home game gate admission prices.
Board Meetings: Approve policy changing board meeting time to 6:30 p.m.
School Improvement: Approve school improvement plan for 2012/13.
School Mascot: Re-evaluate and potentially approve Touchet School District mascot: “Indians”.
Athletic Waiver: Approve athletic waiver to WIAA.
