WALLA WALLA — The city has just released the results of new resident satisfaction survey that includes everything from how often residents want their recycling bins emptied to what grade they gave the city on efficiency, effectiveness and accountability.

The city got a C-plus. And it turns out three-quarters of residents would favor biweekly pick up of recycling to keep costs down.

The survey was sponsored in part by the State Auditor’s Office Local Government Performance Center and conducted by Elway Research of Seattle.

are you serious...that's the only thing you could say about the survey - not how respondents are picked, what the questions were, response rates, where to see the complete survey results and anything else other than the recycling issue?
