Richard G. Briley, 38, address not confirmed, was charged Oct. 29 with three counts of violation of the Uniform Controlled Substances Act and one count of fourth-degree assault — domestic violence. Briley is accused of unlawfully possessing methamphetamine and cocaine, using drug paraphernalia, and assaulting a person Oct. 27.
