WALLA WALLA — Little Theatre of Walla Walla, 1130 Sumach St. will present the timeless holiday musical, “White Christmas” by Irving Berlin, with opening night at 8 p.m. Friday.
There will be performances at 8 p.m. Fridays and Saturdays through Nov. 24, with matinees at 2 p.m. on Nov. 11 and 18.
The stage musical is based on the American classic movie by the same name.
The song-and-dance team of Bob Wallace and Phil Davis follow a tantalizing pair of sisters to Vermont in pursuit of love.
Once there they discover a failing inn owned by their former army commander. To help the General, they move their entire show to the inn in an attempt to bring visitors to the inn during a snowless Christmas season.
The play was codirected by Becky and Brian Hatley. Musical direction was by Jeremy Mims with choreography by Craig Allen.
