Walla Walla School Board to discuss Blue Ridge health center

WALLA WALLA — The Walla Walla School Board will hold a public work session Tuesday prior to its regular monthly meeting.

The work session, scheduled at 5 p.m. in the district board room at 364 S. Park St., will focus on discussion of a school-based health center at Blue Ridge Elementary.

At 6:30 p.m., the board will hold a regular monthly meeting, and has included among its action items a vote on authorizing the Blue Ridge health center. The board also plans to recognize outgoing member Jim Lehmann and discuss the process for replacing his vacant seat. Both meetings are open to the public.

will this proposed health center be for all students in all schools or just certain select groups?
