Thefts, Burglaries

WW Police

  • 900 block of North Eighth Avenue. Three cellphones and chargers, mp3 player and a gold-plated cross.

Umatilla County Sheriff

  • Highway 339, Milton-Freewater. Purse reported stolen on Sunday and $700 charged to debit card.

Robberies

WW County Sheriff

  • Sun Mart, 35 Apple Lane, Burbank. A 21-year-old man reported a 17-year-old girl asked him for money, then grabbed $90 in cash as he attempted to “give her a few dollars.” The teen then fled. Pasco Police caught the young woman at a residence in the 1800 block of West Lewis Street. The money she allegedly took was not found.

Collisions

WW Police

  • Ninth Avenue and Malcolm Street, 4:03 p.m., Monday. Vehicle, bicycle collided: minor injuries reported.

Arrests

WW County Sheriff

  • Gerardo Jaimes-Perez, 35, 1148 W. Cherry St., Monday. Charge: investigation of first-degree burglary.
  • Jose L. Gonzales, 35, 623 Military St., Monday. Charge: investigation of second degree malicious mischief.

Vandalism

WW Police

  • 1200 S. Third Avenue. Gang graffiti reported.

Miscellaneous

WW County Sheriff

  • 1600 block of Sandpit Road, Touchet, Saturday. Providence St. Mary Medical Center reported the Walla Walla County Sheriff’s Office a 5-year-old boy suffered bite wounds to his face after a large black dog bit him while his family was at a barbecue on Sandpit Road near Touchet. The dog could not be found after the attack.
