WAITSBURG — Colfax defeated Waitsburg-Prescott in three sets Tuesday, 25-16, 25-13 and 25-14.
“It was tough to face one of the better teams in state in our first match,” W-P coach Angie Potts said of the Bulldogs. “They’re a tall and intimidating team.”
Krystal Harris and Samantha Fedderson were the statistical leaders for W-P.
Harris smacked three kills and scooped up seven digs.
Fedderson had five kills and saved six digs.
W-P (0-1) hosts Rosalia today at 6 p.m.
