James W. Richardson, 28, 971 Lower Hogeye Road, Waitsburg, was charged Sept. 12 with three counts of violation of the Uniform Controlled Substances Act. Richardson is accused of unlawfully possessing cocaine with the intent to deliver it, unlawfully possessing less than 40 grams of marijuana, and using drug paraphernalia on Sept. 7.
Anthony T. Spearman, 29, complete address not confirmed, was charged Sept. 12 with violation of the Uniform Controlled Substances Act. Spearman is accused of unlawfully possessing cocaine on Sept. 10.
