COLLEGE PLACE — Walla Walla University suffered a three-set loss to visiting St. Martin’s in women’s collegiate volleyball action Saturday night, 25-8, 25-14, 25-16.
The Wolves’ Courtney Zaro tied St. Martin’s Krystn Ross for match-high kill honors. Both athletes struck seven apiece.
Holly Hunt led WWU with eight digs.
The Saints had 38 kills on the night and hit at a .397 clip. Walla Walla University managed just 14 kills and were guilty of 15 hitting errors.
