Where: Port of Walla Walla administrative office, 310 A St.

Surplus property:Consider a resolution declaring 29.823 acres of property within the Dodd Road Business Park as surplus to the needs of the Port. This is expected to be followed by the authorization of a purchase and sale agreement of the land to Railex LLC.

Rental category: Consider final adoption of a new land rental category at the Walla Walla Regional Airport.

Public hearing:Open a hearing up at 9 a.m. to gather information on water use efficiency goals for the Dodd Road and Wallula Gap business park water systems. Afterward, commissioners may vote on water use efficiency goals for the water systems.

Health insurance: Consider a 2013 Port and Airport health insurance renewal.

Public hearing: Open a hearing at 10 a.m. to accept input on proposed supplemental budgets for the Port and airport. Afterward, commissioners are expected to vote on adoption.

Sales tax projects: Review potential projects for which to dedicate funds from the Port’s share of the nine-tenths sales tax.

Interlocal agreement: Consider an agreement for cost sharing for the design and construction of Railex Road to Raindance Road.

Sustainable living center: Receive a presentation from the Sustainable Living Center.

Electrical upgrade: Consider a request from Wilbur-Ellis on electrical upgrades.

Parking lot: Consider bids on a potential parking lot expansion at the Walla Walla Regional Airport.

Tower painting: Consider bids on painting of the airport water tower.

Correspondence & reports: Review leases entered into by administrative staff and miscellaneous project updates.
