Oregon robbery suspect arrested at Walla Walla tattoo shop



A suspect wanted for a robbery out of McMinnville, OR, was arrested Tuesday afternoon at around 4:30. WWPD had been notified by the McMinnville Police Department that Michael Ray Beals II, 25, was in Walla Walla and possibly working as a tattoo artist at a local shop. Beals was taken into custody without incident while at work.

The arrest warrant, which lists several felony charges to include Robbery 2nd Degree and Assault 3rd Degree, was signed by the Yamhill County Circuit Court on August 20th. Bail amount on the warrant is listed at $150,000.

Beals was lodged at the Walla Walla County Jail, pending extradition back to Oregon.
