That is the name of a very popular 1950s tune from a Dannny Kaye movie, that's title slips my mind like so much else these days. It came back to me in the midst of the current situation downtown.
Regardless of the outcome of the Farmers' Market controversy concerning Amy's leadership, it must be noted that her efforts to compensate performing artists at respectable level has allowed for growth in the local music scene, and the ability to attract a wider share of regional performers as well.
As a performing musician who has watched this evolution for more than a dozen years, Amy is one of a handful of folks who have enabled this segment to grow. I tip my hat to her for that effort.
