The front and rear windows of a 2001 Cadillac in the 700 block of North Sixth Avenue were smashed. The noise prompted a concerned citizen to report that he thought shots were fired in the area. No suspects have been identified.
Police witnessed James T. Rodgers Jr., 24, take a BMX bicycle from the South Clinton Street and Boyer Avenue area. When he was searched, officers arrested him for investigation of possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia and second-degree criminal trespass.
A 26-year-old woman reported her collarbone had been broken during a domestic dispute two days previously in the 300 block of East Sumach Street.

Suspects unknown reportedly stole a red Razor scooter from the entryway of Safeway in Milton-Freewater.
A flashlight, screwdriver and cell phone were reportedly stolen from a vehicle on Appleton Road in Milton-Freewater. The vehicle owner reported this was the second time his vehicle has been broken into.
