ATHENA — The Athena-Weston School Board will hold its April meeting on Monday at Tamastslikt Cultural Institute.
The regular meeting is scheduled at 7 p.m. and is open to the public. Board members will meet at 6:30 p.m. for a dinner.
Agenda items include reports from district schools; and a report on a district bullying and harassment prevention program.
The board will hear an update on the track project, certified negotiations, the Athena Weston Education Foundation, and the state’s Special Education Report Card for the district.
Up for action includes approval of a girls soccer cooperative with McLoughlin High School in Milton-Freewater for 2013-15 school years; any donations and grants; middle school book surplus declaration; a bus purchase and activity drive time pay. There will also be a first reading on board policy regarding public complaints.
