WALLA WALLA — Wa-Hi’s Ricardo Saldana got the Blue Devils on the board in the 58th

minute, but Hanford scored the final three goals of the Mid-Columbia Conference boys soccer match to take the 3-1 victory on the Wa-Hi pitch Tuesday.

Following Saldana’s score, the Falcons’ Will Eldred scored in the 63rd minute, and Will Bishop gave the visitors the lead two minutes later.

Mario Zarate closed out scoring in the 79th minute.Mason Ahems at two saves in goal for the Blue Devils, with Falcon goalkeeper Jacob Thiel stopping six shots.

Wa-Hi, now 1-8, head to Richland at 1 p.m. Saturday.
