Memorabilia displayed at Kirkman

WALLA WALLA — Kirkman House Museum, 214 N. Colville St., is presenting a new exhibit, “Walla Walla Memorabilia.”

While Kirkman House typically gives visitors a window into the Victorian past, this exhibit reaches beyond that era to show not only Walla Walla in its Victorian days, but also how it changed and grew through the years that followed.

The exhibit shows off many items from businesses and souvenirs from Walla Walla’s past.

There is a dessert bowl given as a prize in the popular poultry show and a colorful cigar box emblazoned with “Walla Walla Club” and many more.

The exhibit will be open until May 26.

Kirkman House Museum is open Wednesday-Saturday 10 a.m.-4 p.m. and Sunday 1-4 p.m. Admission is $5 person, $20 a family.
