Toby L. Kelly, 41, Richland, was sentenced April 1 on one count violation of the Uniform Controlled Substance Act. The court dismissed two other counts. The sentence included $110 in court costs, $62 in sheriff fees, $500 to the crime victims compensation fund, $775 in attorney fees, $500 drug enforcement fund, $100 crime lab and biological fee, 30 days in the county jail, credit for 10 days served,12 months community custody.  On March 18 Kelly pleaded guilty to possessing methamphetamine on or about Aug. 20.

Codi M. Powers, 18, 410 Wheatland Drive, was sentenced April 1 on one count third-degree malicious mischief. The sentence included restitution to be determined, $200 in court costs, $304.80 in sheriff fees, $250 to the crime victims compensation fund, 93 days in the county jail, credit for 93 days served.  On March 15 Powers pleaded guilty to knowingly and maliciously throwing mail into a creek causing physical damage not exceeding $750 to the property of another on or about Dec. 9.

Codi M. Powers, 18, 410 Wheatland Drive, was sentenced April 1 on one count violation of the Uniform Controlled Substance Act. The court dismissed two other counts. The sentence included restitution to be determined, $200 in court costs, $232.20 in sheriff fees, $500 to the crime victims compensation fund, $775 in attorney fees, $1,000 violation of the Uniform Controlled Substance Act fee, $500 drug enforcement fund, $100 crime lab and biological fee, 90 days in the county jail, credit for 90 days served, 12 months community custody.  On March 18 Powers pleaded guilty to unlawfully manufacturing marijuana on or about Oct. 1.

David V. Mora, 43, address not confirmed, was charged March 27 with failure to register as a sex offender. Mora is accused of knowingly failing to comply with any of the registration requirements on Sept. 15.

Aimee M. Garcia, 33, 641 County Road No. 448, was charged March 28 with second-degree burglary and third-degree theft. Garcia is accused of unlawfully entering or remaining in a building with the intent to commit a crime, and wrongfully obtaining or exerting unauthorized control over clothing belonging to Walmart on Nov. 21.

Trisha E. Gatlin, 40, 58 Bo Ave., Prescott, was charged April 1 with two counts of violation of the Uniform Controlled Substances Act. Gatlin is accused of possessing methamphetamine and using drug paraphernalia on March 30.

Elijah D. Manson, 23, 507 W. Chestnut St., was charged April 1 with theft of a motor vehicle. Manson is accused of committing the theft of a pickup on March 27.
