Walla Walla

A shooting was reported Saturday at 3:16 a.m. Officers said the man was shot in the alley at the 1700 block of Portland Avenue. He then made it two blocks away before being discovered. A clerk at Aziz Chevron, 1916 E. Isaacs Ave., said the injured man walked into the store. The clerk told the man to lay down and called 911. The name of the man or condition were not released by police.

A purse was stolen Thursday overnight from the vehicle of a resident at the 1800 block of Belair Avenue.

A Walla Walla man was arrested in the area of North 13th and West Rees avenues Friday around noon for felony eluding while driving in a 1994 GMC Astro Van.
