The FBI is seeking a Spokane Valley, Wash., man whom the agency says failed to report for a sentencing hearing today.

According to a special bulletin issued today, Daniel Lee Camp, 33, left his Spokane Valley residence in a family member's vehicle, a white 1991 Ford Escort four-door sedan with Washington license 096 ZIS.

The bulletin said Camp departed with at least $1,000 and spare clothing and left a note indicating he would start a "new life."

The bulletin, issued by Supervisory Senior Resident Agent Frank Harrill in Spokane, says Camp may have a close-cropped buzz haircut, and that Camp was armed during a previous encounter with law enforcement but that it is not known whether he is now armed.

A warrant is out for his arrest, the bulletin said. People with information are asked to contact the FBI at 206-622-0460 or seattle.fbi@ic.fbi.gov.
