PASCO — Walla Walla High School took a dominating, 7-0 victory over Pasco Wednesday in a Mid-Columbia Conference boys tennis match.
“I just thought we had a really solid effort by all performers,” Wa-Hi coach Bryan Eggart said. “I felt like the mixed doubled tandom of Malcolm Gabbard and Micah Rambo played very well at No. 2 — it was their srongest match of the year by far.”
By far the most dominant of the day, however, was Wa-Hi’s Connor Christensen. He defeat Pasco’s Javier Lobos without dropping a game, 6-0 and 6-0.
The Blue Devils have two more league matches before beginning districts play May 10th.
Wa-Hi hosts Chiawana Tuesday at the Walla Walla Country Club.
