CONTRACTS: Consider contract with Granite Construction Company to perform seal coating services.

NEW BUSINESS: Consider resolution declaring city property as surplus and authorizing it for sale; consider re-appointing planning commission members and appointing a planning commissioner; consider amendments to 2013 city budget; consider transfer of $32,500 from current expense to cemetery fund.
