Commissioners are Gene Warren, Dale McKinley and Earle Marvin. With all present Wednesday, the board:

BLUE MOUNTAIN STATION: Awarded bid for sewer construction to M.L. Albright & Sons for $182,591.08. Heard report from Port Manager Jennie Dickinson that construction is proceeding on schedule and the artisan food center so far is about $15,000 under budget.

LEASES: Signed lease with Experimental Fermentation Company, the parent company of Mace Meade Works, to lease space in the Blue Mountain Station Artisan Food Center for five years at 50 cents per square foot. Signed lease with Walla Walla Flat Roof Educational Energy for solar panels on the food center. The Port will be paid with the power generated by the panels , which has an estimated value of $2,800 per year.

RAILROAD: Discussed declaring a 0.07 acre parcel of land adjacent to the railroad surplus, allowing it to be sold as part of a larger piece of land. No action taken.
