Information is compiled by the Union-Bulletin staff from the official logs and records of area law enforcement and emergency service agencies. Theft and vandalism reports were filed Thursday and today unless otherwise noted.

Walla Walla

A vehicle struck a parked car on Lodge Drive around 9:50 p.m. Wednesday and then left scene. A 45-year old man identified as the driver was later arrested for investigation of driving while intoxicated and hit and run.

A vehicle lurched forward from a parking space in front of a building in the 200 block of East Main Street around 7:55 a.m. Wednesday, striking a pedestrian, a city bike rack, several tables and the building.

Walla Walla County

A white diesel pickup truck was reported intentionally running over a speed limit sign and two other signs in the 9000 block of Mill Creek Road about 10:30 p.m. Thursday.

A fence and road sign in the 300 block of Wallula Road were spray-painted with graffiti.

A woman reported her purse was apparently taken from her vehicle while she was inside a convenience store on U.S. Highway 12 in Touchet.

A laundry facility room at the Labor Camp Road housing complex was vandalized sometime between Tuesday and Wednesday.

College Place

Vehicle egged and toilet-papered in the 300 block of Kingwood Place.


Approximately 100 gallons of diesel fuel were siphoned from the fuel tanks of three pieces of equipment parked at job site at Mill Race Road and Whoopemup Hollow Road.


Four wheel covers were reported taken from a pickup truck parked at a residence in the 100 block of south C Street.


A man reported his wallet taken from his locker at the Tyson Meats plant on Dodd Road.


A rear wheel and tire were reported taken from a mountain bike parked outside of a residence in the 100 block of North Main Street.

Umatilla County

An air compressor, gas can, chain saw and other items were reported taken from a shed that was broken into next to a residence in the 80000 block of South Fork Walla Walla River Road.
