budget: Update on 2013 budget by county Treasurer Gordon Heimbigner and county Auditor Karen Martin. Possible discussion of preliminary 2014 budget process.

legislative: Informal meeting with representatives of Washington State Association of Counties to discuss topics of mutual interest. Meeting scheduled for 1:30 p.m. during afternoon session.

Tuesday

work session: Reports and miscellaneous business. No formal action scheduled.

COLLEGE PLACE Council

When: Monday, 7 p.m.

Where: College Place City Hall, 625 S. College Ave.

appeal: Consider whether to grant, deny or remand for further proceedings an appeal of a city Planning Commission recommendation to approve the preliminary plat for Homestead Village phase 2 planned unit development. Action on approval of preliminary plat may follow.

reports: Updates on the Myra Road project, Davis School project, College Avenue-Rose Street Reconstruction project, Walla Walla County Comprehensive Plan update and reports from city departments.

Dayton City Council

When: Monday, 7 p.m.

City Hall Board Room, 111 S. First St., Dayton.

CONSENT: Approve minutes, vouchers, warrants.

REPORTS: Hear reports from committees, city officers and mayor
