Rose’s 5 3s lead WWVA in win

COLLEGE PLACE — Walla Walla Valley Academy’s Dustin Rose nailed five 3-pointers on his way to 17 points and a 64-48 victory over Upper Columbia Academy.

Three other WWVA players scored in double figures — Matt Cosaert (15), Caleb King (10) and Cam Fitzgerald (11).

“It was a great team effort...” WWVA coach Scott Wagner said. “Team has improved defensively and really sparked the scoring in the second half.”

UCA had three players score 10 or more points: Daniel Wilkinson, Landon Hall and Andrew Fisher.
