A two-way radio and a set of keys reported stolen from a vehicle in the 400 block of North Fifth Avenue.
Police arrested a 53-year-old man for assaulting his wife in the 400 block of School Avenue.
A motorist struck a 50-year-old man who was crossing Poplar Street mid-block at roughly 6:40 a.m., Monday. The 50-year-old was a truck driver delivering paper stock to the Union-Bulletin. No transports, minor injuries reported. The motorist was not cited, and claimed the glare of oncoming vehicle lights prevented him from seeing the pedestrian.
Two Samsung Galaxy 2 phones reportedly stolen in separate locations.
A 24-year-old woman reported she received letters in violation of an order for protection.
Two-vehicle collision at City Hall: no injuries reported. A 70-year-old man was cited for failure to yield.
A Southeast Eighth Avenue woman reported her home was burglarized and “trashed.”
A Didion Lane man reported he allowed his grandson to stay with him, in violation of a restraining order against the younger man. The grandfather reports now he is missing a .22-caliber semi-automatic pistol.
