A boutique retailer known for its vintage items is moving to an all digital format.
Blue Window Vintage is closing its downtown shop and moving to online-only sales, according to an announcement on Facebook.
Owner Karianna Allum said the changeover will start in January, allowing her to work from home as her family expands.
In the meantime, items in the shop at 6 S. First Ave. — located above Coffee Perk — will be marked down. Tops, sweaters, blazers and dresses are marked down to $10 to $25, Allum posted. All fixtures in the shop, where Blue Window Vintage has had a brick and mortar location since late 2011, are available for purchase, too. Hours of operation are noon to 7 p.m. Wednesday through Saturday. Items are also sold through Etsy and eBay. For more details, visit bluewindowvintage.com or call 301-1880.
