Rachel Anna Templeman, 83, passed away Dec. 8, 2013. She was born in Bremerton, Wash., to Levearn and Louise Templeman. She was a graduate of Auburn Adventist Academy. In 1980, she moved to Dallas, Ore., and then to College Place in 1985. She was a member of the Village Seventh-day Adventist Church in College Place.
From early childhood she loved to sing and enjoyed singing in choirs most of her life. The extensive music program opportunities of the Walla Walla area brought her much joy. She was lovingly cared for in recent years by Country View Senior Care and more recently at Regency at The Park.
Rachel is survived by her sister and brother-in-law, Evelyn and Jack Bergman; nephew, Robert Bergman of College Place; niece, Kristin Fry; grand-nieces, Emily and Mara Fry and grand-nephew, Steven Fry of Milton-Freewater.
No service is planned and inurnment at Mount Hope Cemetery will occur at a later date. She was a longtime supporter of Adventist Development and Relief Agency (ADRA) International and memorial contributions may be made to it through Mountain View-Colonial DeWitt, 1551 The Dalles Military Road, Walla Walla, WA 99362.
