Pirates stifle T-O, 57-11

OAKESDALE — Pomeroy held Tekoa-Oakesdale to one point over the first 16 minutes and cruised to a 57-11 romp here Saturday in boys Southeast 1B basketball action.

The Pirates (8-0 overall, 4-0 in league play) coasted into intermission with a 32-1 lead after pitching a shut out in the second quarter.

The Pirates had two players in double digits as they simply overwhelmed the Nighthawks. Tyson Feider scored 16 to lead the way and Cody LaMunyan added 13.
