Just in time for New Year’s fitness resolutions: The instructors of Cardio Strength Bootcamp are taking registrations for January sessions.
This is the fifth year for the 35-minute high-intensity interval training sessions led by Marc Yonts and Scott Tibbling.
On Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays sessions begin at 5:45 a.m. in the Sharpstein Elementary gymnasium. The January session starts Monday and runs through Jan. 24.
The monthly cost is $50 for nine sessions. By paying for multiple monthly sessions in advance, participants can reduce their costs to $40.
The bootcamp incorporates TRX suspension trainers, sandbells, kettlebells, battling ropes, slosh pipes, resistance bands and body weight exercises in its short, safe and progressive workouts designed to accommodate all ages and fitness levels. Participants also receive information to assist in “On Your Own” workouts and make nutrition choices and maintain motivation.
