WALLA WALLA — The Walla Walla YMCA AAU Basketball Shootout takes to five city school gyms this weekend as 52 teams — including 12 local squads — from around Eastern Washington, Oregon and Idaho compete.
Play begins Friday evening at Pioneer and Garrison middle schools, with games starting Saturday morning at the YMCA, Blue Ridge and Berney elementary schools. Play continues throughout Saturday, with championship games slated Sunday afternoon at all the sites.
