The director of Walla Walla’s Small Business Development Center is measuring interest in a potential commercial kitchen/small business incubator kitchen.
Joe Jacobs is seeking input on the idea, according to an announcement from the Downtown Walla Walla Foundation. He’s gauging interest in the idea through results of a survey available at ubne.ws/Yd8kYD.
According to the survey, the kitchen already exists and was originally used to serve thousands of meals a day. It is equipped with standard utensils and cookware. Those with questions not addressed in the survey can contact Jacobs at 509-713-0751.
