Dennis W. Sullivan Jr., 18, address not confirmed, was charged Feb. 12 with residential burglary, third-degree theft, false reporting, and making false or misleading statements to a public servant. Sullivan is accused of unlawfully entering or remaining in a dwelling with the intent to commit a crime, wrongfully obtaining control over a cell phone and Xbox system, using another person’s name and calling 911 to report a burglary in progress, and knowingly making a false or misleading material statement to a public servant on Feb. 11.
Velia Sandoval, 37, address not confirmed, was charged Feb. 19 with harassment — domestic violence. Sandoval is accused of knowingly and unlawfully threatening to kill a person on Feb. 15.
Jacqueline A. Shull, 50, 1149 Sentry Drive, College Place, was charged Feb. 19 with violation of the Uniform Controlled Substances Act and third-degree theft. Shull is accused of possessing hydrocodone, and wrongfully obtaining control over prescription drugs on Feb. 10.
Crystal Velazquez, 28, 612 Chase Ave., was charged Feb. 19 with first-degree burglary and second-degree malicious mischief. Velazquez is accused of unlawfully entering or remaining in a building with the intent to commit a crime and while armed with a hatchet, and knowingly and maliciously damaging property on Feb. 17.
James D. Taylor, 20, 601 S. 12th Ave., was charged Feb. 19 with five counts of violation of the Uniform Controlled Substances Act and one count of possession of a dangerous weapon. Taylor is accused of possessing methamphetamine on Feb. 14, using drug paraphernalia on Feb. 14, unlawfully possessing less than 40 grams of marijuana on Feb. 14, knowingly and unlawfully delivering methamphetamine within 1,000 feet of a school bus route stop on Jan. 25 and Jan. 30, and having in his possession a switchblade knife on Feb. 14.
