WALLA WALLA — Police responded to a report of a bomb near the railroad tracks behind social services offices at 416 E. Main Street, Monday.
According to Officer Tim Bennett of the Walla Walla Police Department, a man spotted a small cylindrical object wrapped in masking tape with what appeared to be a fuse sticking out of it while walking in the area at about 5:30 p.m.
