Robert L. Stacy, 48, 640 Rocky Road, was charged Dec. 31 with two counts of violation of the Uniform Controlled Substances Act and one count of third-degree theft. Stacy is accused of unlawfully possessing methamphetamine, using drug paraphernalia, and wrongfully obtaining or exerting unauthorized control over miscellaneous items belonging to Rite Aid on Dec. 28.
