A lot of people have asked how to get tickets for next Tuesday’s taping of “Showville.” The answer: show up.
The grand finale in the talent-based event being filmed in Walla Walla for the eight-episode docu-series on AMC will take place in front of a live audience at the Gesa Power House Theatre on Tuesday.
Those who want to be part of the audience just need to show up at 6 p.m. Tickets will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis, said David Woolson, chief executive officer of the Walla Walla Valley Chamber of Commerce and its Walla Walla Film Office.
Four finalists will compete for $10,000. The finalists will be selected from Saturday’s open call auditions, 9 a.m.-1 p.m. at the theater, Sixth Avenue and Rose Street. Unlike Tuesday’s show, the auditions will not be open to the public.
